Sid Cumming
Sid has been an instrumental pillar in the Health and Fitness community for many years. From Triathlons to high performance Cycling, from Coaching to Gym Ownership. With 30 years of ownership, Sid's knowledge, expertise and community connections are second to none.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Zane Harris
Zane wears many hats for World Health and Fitness, to say he is our secret weapon would be an understatement. From Staff Support to Maintenance Manager, from Massage Therapist to Personal Trainer, Zane has been an integral part of the gym for 18+ years.

ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Bex Hayes
Bex was born into the gym family, watching it change and grow in the last 30 years. She officially became a team member over 10 years ago. From Admin enquiries to debt collecting, Bex is your first point of contact for any and all things relating to your membership. Bex is also our in house Beauty Therapist with over 10 years experience.

PERSONAL TRAINER & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Renei Burgess
Renei started her journey with us as a gym member. She is now almost finished her studies as a Level 4 Personal Trainer and works the front counter daily. Renei has special interest in Post Partum recovery and exercise!

PERSONAL TRAINER
Janeya Elliott
Janeya joined the World Health and Fitness team 3+ years ago after becoming a member. Finding herself on her own fitness journey, Janeya wanted to help others do the same. Janeya is currently a 3rd year student, studying the bachelor of Sport and Exercise. Janeya has a special interest in holistic health journeys!

PERSONAL TRAINER
Luca Hook
Luca is our newest recruit, eager and passionate about the world of fitness, he has just begun his studies as a Level 4 Personal Trainer. Luca has a special interest in Sports Conditioning.

RECEPTION ASSISTANT
Jason Du Pont
Jason is our one and only weekender and has been on staff for 9 years! You will find him holding down the fort on Saturdays and covering the occasional week day shift.

PERSONAL TRAINER
Bradley Barton
Bradley works for World Health and Fitness on a casual basis. Currently studying the Bachelor of Sport and Exercise at SIT, you may find Bradley covering the front desk or training clients on the floor.
